Richard Xie

Richard Xie has over a decade of experience in conducting rigorous economic analyses to inform health policy issues.

As a Senior Health Economist at RA Capital, he collaborates with diverse stakeholders to communicate the value of pharmaceutical innovation to payers, policymakers, and society through improved methods of value assessment. Prior to RA, he served as Director of Research at the Innovation of Value Initiative, where he led a portfolio of projects to advance focused on stakeholder engagement, patient preference, and economic modeling. Before IVI, he was a consultant at the Analysis Group.

Richard holds both a BA and MA from New York University, and a PhD in Economics from the University of Southern California.
