Halley Ray serves as the Deputy Director for No Patient Left Behind (NPLB), a non-profit dedicated to creating and maintaining patient access to affordable prescription drugs.
Halley holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health, where she specialized in Health Policy and Management with a focus on Global Health. During her Master's, she completed an abroad internship with Roots of Health, a local NGO providing critical healthcare in the Philippines. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, graduating with a double major in Biology and Italian. Halley has worked across research and academic settings and is passionate about the role of policy in increasing healthcare access and improving health outcomes.
